OK Plus
First you will get an OK Plus Membership Card, then the Silver Card, then Gold, and then the OK Plus Platinum Card. The higher the card-type, the greater the number of benefits you receive! Thanks to these benefits, you can travel in Business Class even you have purchased an Economy Class ticket, carry more baggage or have a rest in an airport lounge prior to your departure. OK Plus Member Card
You can obtain an OK Plus Membership Card once you sign up for the OK Plus programme. At least one transaction in your account is required in order for the card to be issued. Your membership card serves you in obtaining miles and benefits when using the services of our partners.
Once you reach the required number of miles, you are entitled to a bonus ticket and other rewards. If you are a frequent client of Czech Airlines, you will certainly soon receive an OK Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card.
In order for your miles to be credited automatically, present your membership card every time you book a ticket, during check-in before your flight, or when using the services of an OK Plus partner.
When booking a ticket over the telephone, provide your membership number. You will find it on the front of your card.
An OK Plus Membership Card is valid for the entire duration of your membership in the programme, i.e., even after your OK Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card has expired. The card is non-transferable.
OK Plus Silver Card
With an OK Plus Silver Card, you can use many more benefits, such as upgrades to Business Class, free overweight baggage, or priority check-in.
You will receive an OK Plus Silver Card, when, during one calendar year, you:
- Earn 25,000* SkyTeam Miles for your flights, or
- Earn 15** segments on SkyTeam alliance flights
- And simultaneously earn at least 2** segments on OK flights operated by Czech Airlines
The OK Plus Silver Card is valid for one year.

2) On SkyTeam Alliance flights operated by Czech Airlines, the holders of OK Plus Silver, Gold and Platinum Cards can carry one piece of extra baggage, weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb), whose aggregate dimensions do not exceed 158 cm (62 in). This applies to tickets issued after 1 December 2010.
3) If you hold an Economy Premium ticket (booking class Y and M). In other cases, when travelling on a scheduled Czech Airlines flight (carrier code OK), you can purchase access to MasterCard Lounge or ERSTE Premier Lounge at a very advantageous price (CZK 290) at a check-in or transfer desk.
4) If a reduced number of miles is being credited for the flight, the Elite Bonus is calculated from the number of miles actually earned on the flight.

OK Plus Platinum Card
An OK Plus Platinum Card will bring you further advantages, such as confirmed upgrades to Business Class or an OK Plus Gold Card for a person of your choice.
You will earn an OK Plus Platinum Card when, during one calendar year, you:
- Fly 100,000* SkyTeam Miles, or
- Earn 70** segments on SkyTeam alliance flights
- And simultaneously earn at least 2** segments on OK flights operated by Czech Airlines
The OK Plus Platinum Card is valid for one year.
The advantages on an OK Plus Platinum Card
- A special telephone line +420 239 007 239 – the line of the OK Plus Service Centre, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- A partner Gold Card – an OK Plus Gold Card for one person of your choice. To request the card, use our special OK Plus Service Centre telephone line. To become eligible for the card, partner need to fly a ticket issued on OK flights operated by Czech Airlines, for which at least 100 % of miles are credited in the OK Plus Programme. The ticket has to be flown after the delivery of the request for the card to OK Plus by the OK Plus member on whose name the card will be then issued.
- Certainty of a Gold Card – Should you not qualify for a Platinum Card for the next year, we will give you an OK Plus Gold Card, regardless of how many miles or flights you have collected in the previous year.
