Web check-in is not available on czechairlines.com in the following cases:
- First flight of the routing is operated by partner airline (OK3000 – 5999)
- Special service has been requested (e.g. unaccompanied minor, wheelchair)
In the above cases please contact check-in counter at the airport.
If you are denied boarding or if your flight is cancelled or delayed for at least two hours, ask at the check-in counter or boarding gate for the text stating your rights, particularly with regard to compensation and assistance.
