Onboard coulinary experience
Thanks to the cooperation between Czech Airlines and Kempinski, Business class passengers to Abu Dhabi can enjoy a unique dining experience. Individual courses served during the flight have been designed by Marek Fichtner, the executive chef of Le Grill Restaurant in Kempinski Hotel Hybernska Prague. Passengers have the opportunity to taste unique international cuisine based on recipes by a prominent Czech chef, whose art of cooking has been appreciated by high-ranking officials of different countries and also by members of the Saudi royal family.
Business class passengers are offered a printed menu with a variety of salads, appetizers, main courses, desserts and also breakfasts or various cold dishes. All is prepared from premium ingredients and accompanied by a selection of quality red and white wines and an extensive range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The onboard service has been improved also in Economy class. Among other things, passengers can choose from two main courses, accompanied by an appetizer, salad and dessert. Breakfasts or cold dishes are served depending on whether it is a day or night flight.
